Man-made Gourmet’s Love It or Chuck It: Parmesan Cheese Balls

The Man-made Gourmet, Tyler Ryan and Crysty Vaughan make a super healthy cheese ball.

There are only a few things you need for this one:

2 Egg whites

2 cups grated parmesan cheese

Pretty simple, right?

How to make it:

  1. Set air fryer for 375 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl lightly beat the egg whites, add the parmesan cheese and combine well. Form the mixture into 10 grams / ⅓ ounce size balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Chill for 20-30 minutes
  3. Place in air fryer, and spray with olive oil or another oil
  4. Cook for 6 minutes
  5. Take out, let cool, and GO FOR IT!

Lessons learned:

  • Put spices into mix before rolling
  • Make a garlic butter dip
  • Cook for a shorter time
