Crash Involving Moped Results In Death Of One Person

The victim was taken to the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased.

One person died as a result of a crash in Horry County.

The accident occurred shortly before 8pm on Sunday.

38-year-old Earl Glenn was operating a moped on 48th Avenue North when he was struck by a vehicle.

Glenn was taken to the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased.

The crash remains under investigation.
