Man Arrested On Charges Regarding Child Sex Abuse Files

One Horry County man was arrested after a tip prompted an investigation.

Investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. That lead to the arrest of 20-year-old Donovan Clements-Fisher.

The man has been charged with two counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison per each charge.
