Trail Mix Added To Wide Recall Linked To Dry Milk Powder

The affected batches have tested negative for salmonella, but the voluntary recall was placed out of an abundance of caution.

John B. Sanfilippo & Son Inc. is recalling several varieties of trail mixes that contain dry milk powder.

The powder could be infected with salmonella. The trail mixes were sold using the Fisher, Squirrel Brand, and Southern Style Nuts brands in retails stores and online. A trail mix sold at Target under the Good and Gather brand is also included in the recall.
