World’s Strongest Man Competition Returns To Myrtle Beach

The 49th World’s Strongest Man competition has returned to the Grand Strand.

The event features 25 of the world’s top strength athletes competing across several categories including the truck pull, overhead medley, atlas stones and more.

The men are divided into groups for qualifying rounds, with the best advancing to the final.

The first competition kicks off Thursday at the Burroughs and Chapin Pavilion Place.

There is a public fan zone for people to spectate. The event will run through Sunday.
