Cheddar Bacon Balls
1 egg
1 lb sausage
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp Milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup bacon, crumbled
Combine ingredients and form small balls.
Coating
2 eggs, lightly beaten
20 Ritz, crushed
Oil to fry
Dip balls into egg, then roll in crackers. Fry for about 6 minutes in hot oil.
