Questions are being raised about the effectiveness of “blue light eyewear”…you know, those glasses that are specifically designed to block or filter out the blue light that’s emitted from different tech screens. The glasses are supposed to help you sleep better, reduce headaches, and protect your skin and eyes…but these claims are being called into question. A new study found there are “no short-term advantages” from using the light filtering lenses…and researchers could not draw any definitive conclusions about the potential long-term effects.
