The 77-year-old country music legend was in the United Kingdom promoting her new album Rockstar…and in an interview, Parton told BBC Radio host Claudia Winkleman…she was so busy…she had to decline Kate Middleton’s invitation. Parton said she thought it was a “very sweet and nice” gesture for Kate to invite her to tea…and she said she wants to do it “one of these days.” Rockstar is set for release on November 17th.
