Trump To Turn Himself In After Release Agreement Was Confirmed
Trump will be banned from using social media to target his co-defendants as well as any witnesses and the 30 unindicted co-conspirators.
Donald Trump announced that he will be turning himself in to be processed at the Fulton County Jail on Thursday.
The former president posted to his social platform, ‘Truth Social’, stating he will be traveling to Atlanta to be arrested after an agreement was made regarding his release. Trump’s release conditions include that his bond will be set at $200,000 but he has additional limitations and rules compared to his 18 co-defendants who were also indicted in this case.

The criminal case is the fourth brought against the former president this year and was pursued by Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis who alleges that Trump and all others charged in the case, attempted to steal the 2020 election in the state.
