Suspect Responsible For The Death Of A S.C. Bride Was Denied Bond
The suspect asked for bail after spending three months behind bars without trial but on Tuesday, a South Carolina judge denied her request and she must remain in custody until her trial.
We now have an update in the case of the intoxicated driver who took the life of a South Carolina bride on her wedding night.
On April 28th in Folly Beach, 25-year-old Jamie Komoroski was driving under the influence and traveling at high speeds when she crashed into a golf cart carrying 34-year-old Samantha Mmiller, her new husband Aric Hutchinson and two others.
Samantha died at the scene and Aric sustained a brain injury and several broken bones, the other passengers sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Komoroski’s blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit and she was in doing 65 in a 25 mph zone.

However, the judge said if trial has not happened by spring of next year, he will allow a $150 thousand bond with house arrest.
