Groom Of Bride Who Died On Their Wedding Night Is Suing Those Responsible

Groom of deceased bride is suing the suspect who caused the crash and several establishments for serving the suspect alcoholic beverages.

The groom of the bride who was killed in an accident on their wedding night, is now pressing charges.

Aric Hutchinson and his new bride, Samantha Miller were leaving their wedding reception on a golf cart driven by Hutchinson’s brother-in-law when a woman crashed into the back of them traveling at 65 miles-per-hour in a 25 miles-per-hour zone.

The accident occurred on April 28th in Folly Beach.

Miller was pronounced dead at the scene while Hutchinson was taken to a hospital with critical injuries and two other passengers were injured as well.

Hutchinson is now suing 25-year-old Jamie Komoroski, who was driving intoxicated at the time she struck their golf cart.

The groom is also suing several bars and restaurants including, Snapper Jacks, the Drop in Bar and Deli, the Crab Shack, and El Gallo Bar and Grill, that all said they served Komoroski drinks on the day of the accident.

Komoroski is currently detained and faces one count of reckless homicide and three counts of felony driving under the influence charges.
