Prosecutors Seek The Death Penalty For Idaho Murder Suspect

Bryan Kohberger is accused of fatally stabbing four University of Idaho students in an off-campus home on November 13th.

According to a notice of intent they filed on Monday, prosecutors have decided to seek the death penalty for the suspect accused of murdering four University of Idaho students.

Bryan Kohberger is charged with stabbing the four college students to death at a Moscow, Idaho home in November. He has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary.

The 28-year-olds denies wrongdoing and his attorneys say the DNA of two other men was found at the scene. They claim Kohberger has no connection to the victims.

On May 22nd a judge entered a not guilty plea on his behalf after he did not respond in court when asked how he pleaded. He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
