There are some skin routine rules that generally apply across the board…known as the 3 basics. Step 1 clean your face twice a day. The exception is if you are dry, it’s okay to use plain water in the morning. Step 2 moisturize. All skin types need moisture, it forms a protective barrier. Step 3, use sunscreen. It’s the first line of defense against skin cancer. If you do nothing else, sun protection is the most important. To simplify the routine, you can combine steps 2 and 3 for a moisturizer a that contains sunscreen.
