If you’re still feeling off from the time change, you may need to work a nap into your schedule.  A NASA study found that taking naps improved working memory performance and gave those in the study a better mental agility than people who didn’t nap.  They concluded taking a nap twice a week could lower your risk for heart problems, boost creativity, and even help you stay in shape.   The more sleep deprived we are, the more we tend to eat and drink junk food.
