South Carolina Experiences Spike in Covid-19 Cases

It was reported South Carolina saw another major spike in coronavirus cases yesterday. In an address given by Governor Henry McMaster, he confirmed 103 new cases statewide with two new deaths. As a result, he has issued a new order that would allow for law enforcement officers to disperse public or outside gatherings of three or more people. The order does not apply to law-abiding businesses or employers. The Governor said of the decision, “We must all assume we have the virus, and we must all assume that the people we’re talking to have the virus. If we all take those precautions, chances are the virus isn’t going to spread.”
