Spending more time at home can mean you have more snacking temptations! So, how can you stay productive, and not spend the entire day pigging out? Make sure you stick to a regular eating schedule. Whatever times during the day you would usually eat if you were in the office, eat during those same times at home. try making your snacks ahead of time. Put some healthy options in clear containers, on eye-level shelves in your fridge and pantry. Also, listen to your body. decide if you’re actually hungry or just bored.
