Six Killed in Mass Shooting at Milwaukee Brewery
A mass shooting at a Milwaukee brewery yesterday has left six people dead, including the suspect. The incident occurred at Molson Coors Beverage Co. in or near the second-floor stairwell of the fourth building around 2 P.M. The 51-year-old unnamed suspect opened fire on the brewery where more than 1,000 people were working at the time. He killed five employees before turning the gun on himself and taking his own life. The names of the victims have not been released yet until next of kin has been notified. The motivation behind the tragedy is still under investigation but it’s believed the suspect was also an employee at the brewery. Molson’s corporate offices are closed for the rest of the week. Although police have said there is no longer an active threat to the brewery, it also will remain closed for an unknown extended period of time.
