$60,000 Worth of Drugs, Weapons Seized From Georgetown Residence

$60,000 worth of drugs have been seized from a Georgetown home following a month’s long investigation. A search warrant was executed yesterday by the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Unit, 15th Circuit Drug Enforcement Unit agents and Georgetown Police for the residence of Tityonina Scott. It’s reported that “308 grams of heroin, 78 grams of an unidentified powder substance, an AK-47 assault rifle and two loaded pistols” were found. Scott was arrested and charged with trafficking heroin and possession of a firearm during a violent felony. The investigation remains ongoing, but police believe the seizure stopped over 3,000 units from being sold on local and county streets.
