Happy Valentine’s Day from Barefoot Bistro

White Chocolate Fondue
1 (12 oz) pkg White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Lt. Karo Syrup
2 TBSP Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
Melt in Double Boiler
5 – 10 ┬áminutes
Stir in 1 tsp. Vanilla
Serve in Fondue pot
Can dip Strawberries, cookies, fruit, pretzels or cake
Cream Mints
8 oz Cream Cheese
5 – 6 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Peppermint
Food Color
In a mixer combine all ingredients. Roll into balls (add more Powdered Sugar if it sticks to your hands). Roll the ball into regular sugar and press into mold. Empty onto waxed paper and allow to set 24 hours.
