Nike’s self-lacing sneakers will cost you a pretty penny

(CNN) – Think twice before putting Nike’s latest kicks on your holiday wish list — unless you’re willing to pay a pretty penny.

Nike revealed the price of the Hyper-adapt 1.0 self-lacing sneakers. The cost — a whopping $720.

Select users of the Nike Plus app will get early access to purchase the shoe on November 28th. then– on December 1st– the sneaker will be available at two stores in New York City. The sneakers will be available to everyone else via the Nike Plus app and select locations later in December.
