Panthers Game vs. TB on Sunday moved to 4:25

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WCCB Charlotte) — The NFL announced on Sunday that they have moved Carolina’s Week 17 game versus Tampa Bay at Bank of America Stadium from a 1 p.m. start to a 4:25 p.m. start.

It was somewhat expected after Carolina lost to add intrigue to the NFC home-field advantage contenders as Arizona is scheduled to play Seattle at the same time.

The league also announced that the Minnesota- Green Bay game has been pushed to the Sunday Night game.

The Panthers can lock up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win or an Arizona loss to Seattle. A Panthers loss combined with a win by the Cardinals would give home-field advantage in the NFC Playoffs to Arizona.
