One Dead, Others Injured After Crash in Horry County

One person died and 6 others were injured during a two-vehicle crash on Highway 90 in Horry County yesterday afternoon. Horry County Coroner Michelle McSpadden identified the individual as 13 month old Zalisa Daniels of Longs who died at the hospital after the crash. According to Horry County Fire Rescue as many as seven patients were involved in the accident. Master Trooper Brian Lee said a 2015 Hyundai SUV was going west on SC 90 when it crossed the center line and hit a 2004 Nissan SUV that was traveling east. The South Carolina Department of Public Safety is investigating.
