Trashcan from Myrtle Beach Washes Up on Shore in Ireland

It likely blew away during a storm.

An item from Myrtle Beach made it all the way to the shores of Ireland…and no it wasn’t a message in a bottle. It was something way less sophisticated…a trashcan! Officials with the city say the bin floated nearly 3,500 miles. As you can see it took so long that it became encrusted with shells. It likely blew into the water and was swept out to sea in a strong storm.
