Police in Florence Are Searching for Two Missing People

Police in Florence are searching for two missing people. 76 year old Joann Cooper was reported missing by a neighbor last Thursday, she was last seen in the 600 block of Lawson Street. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. They’re also searching for 57 year old Michael Scott Johnson who was reported missing by family. He was last seen in the 800 block of Pamplico Highway on Friday after being released from the hospital. He is described as 5 foot 10 inches tall and 120 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. Anyone with any information on both of these missing people are urged to call the Florence Police Department.
