Folks are Heading to the Exurbs!

The exurbs are basically areas that are more rural than suburbs, cheaper and with lots more space for those escaping the city. Or as Greg calls it, the country.

Many are headed to the exurbs!  If you haven’t heard of this, it’s basically areas that are more rural than suburbs and offer cheaper housing and more space for those escaping the city.  There’s fewer sidewalks, more country roads, less mega malls and more strip malls.  Basically it’s now a  draw for folks who still need convenience but don’t have a whole lot in their savings.
