Britney Lawyers Up for More Court Battles

Spears retains an attorney of her choosing and prepares to fight for freedom from her father.

Britney Spears is back in court for round two of the pursuit of freedom from her father.  Earlier this month she lost the battle of having her father removed as conservator of her estate. She is now taking charge of her destiny by retaining an attorney of her choosing, a former federal prosecutor and a veteran celebrity litigator, Mathew Rosengart.   Since 2008 Spears has been represented by a court appointed attorney.  She’s also now pressing charges against her father for abuse.
