Soak Baseball Pants in This – Thursday Tips

Audra has cleaned a few baseball pants in her day. Instead of scrubbing, simply soak them in Iron Out overnight.

This week’s Thursday Tips includes one for getting out red dirt clay.  Soak those baseball pants in Iron Out!  Here are this week’s tips:

  1.  Put heat to labels for removal.  Use your hair dryer, hold it above the sticker about two inches for about 45 seconds.  Then peel it off with ease.
  2. Stir your Greek yogurt.  If you’ve been draining the liquid from the top of your yogurt, you’re missing out on the healthiest part.  That liquid is protein, potassium and calcium that has settled to the top.  Before you open it give it a good shake, then a nice stir.
  3. Soak baseball pants in Iron Out.  Stop soaking and scrubbing the red dirt stained britches.  Get a bottle of Iron Out.   It comes in a powder form.  Pour a 1/4 cup into a bucket, fill with warm water and soak the pants overnight.   When you wake throw them into the washer for a nice clean smelling wash.
  4. Make your bed.  It’s proven to make us more productive and satisfied at day’s end.   We have accomplished the first task of the day.  It gives us a sense of pride that prompts us to get other stuff done. and can improve our sleep.  The National Sleep Foundation found that those who make their bed in the morning are 20% more likely to have a good night’s rest.
