A new study says that stress “significantly influences” when hair goes gray. The researchers involved added that chilling out can even reverse the trend, but, only among people of certain ages. They looked at the individual hairs of 14 volunteers and found that there is a correlation between periods of relaxation and hair growing darker to their original color. If you’re in your 70s and you’ve gone gray, the study suggests you’re out of luck on reversing the grays.
