A Very Hearty Father’s Day Meal with Barefoot Bistro!

Corn Casserole
3 cans Cream Corn
3 cans Corn (drained)
6 Eggs
24 oz Sour Cream
1 1/2 sticks Butter (melted)
3 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread mix
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Spray casserole with nonstick spray
Cook 1 hour on 350 degrees
Candied Carrots
3 cups baby Carrots
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
Pinch Cayenne
Boil carrots until tender. Cook the other ingredients a few minutes. Add drained carrots and cook 5 minutes.
