If you’re in a bad mood, stay away from the kitchen!  When we’re down in the dumps, most of us turn to unhealthy food as a potential mood booster.  It’s usually a dessert of some sort.  Now experts warn against this and advise that in order to support your physical and mental health, you should turn to vegetables before sugar! But, who the heck wants to do that?
