Two Arrested in Road Rage Shooting Death of Six Year Old in California

2 people have been arrested in a road rage shooting death of a 6 year old in Orange County California last month. 24 year old Marcus Eriz and 23 year old Wynne Lee were taken into custody yesterday at their home in Costa Mesa and are expected to be charged with murder. California Highway Patrol Commissioner Amanda Ray said in a press release “while these arrests will not ease the pain of a mother’s loss, my hope is for the family to have some peace of mind and to rest assured the CHP will work with the Orange County District Attorney to bring justice for Aiden Leos.”

Leos was shot on May 21st while his mom was driving him to school, he was sitting in his booster seat when someone opened fire from another car on the highway. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died. There was a $500,000 reward for an arrest in the case. Both suspects are being held at the Orange County Jail on a $1 million  bond and are expected to appear in court this week.
