Suspect In Conway Waffle House Shooting Released On Bond
The suspect from Tuesday morning’s Waffle House shooting in Conway has been released from jail. 23 year old Chancey Hickman of Loris was released yesterday on a $50,000 bond and was ordered to house arrest and must wear an ankle monitor. Warrants say Hickman was asked to leave the restaurant and got into a verbal fight that turned into a physical altercation, during which he shot 34 year old Branden Harshaw. Harshaw was taken to the Conway Medical Center where he died. Hickman is charged with voluntary manslaughter and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
