Chinese Orange Chicken Sauce
1 cup OJ
1/2 cup Sugar
2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
Orange Zest
1 TBSP Cornstarch
I medium pot add everything except Cornstarch and Orange Zest. Heat 3 minutes. In a small bowl mix 1 TBSP Cornstarch with 2 TBSP water. Add to the pot of Orange Sauce and cook 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and add Orange zest. Toss fried Chicken nuggets in sauce. Serve over Rice.
Creamsicle Cheesecake
2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Orange Extract
2 drops yellow food coloring
1 drop red food coloring
1 (9 in) Graham Cracker Crust
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Beat Cream Cheese and Sugar; add Eggs. Beat well. Add Sour Cream and Vanilla. Take 1 cup of mixture out to add Orange Extract and food coloring. Zest 1 Orange and add to uncolored batter. Pour the uncolored batter into pie shell. Drop spoonfuls of orange batter and run a knife through to create a marbled effect. Bake 40 – 35 minutes. Cool 1 hour and refrigerate 8 hours.
