Spring into fitness with a goal to move your body at least 30 minutes a day. It’s something that sounds simple, and it was when we were playing on the monkey bars in our elementary years. It can still be just as fun. Get out your bike and go for a ride. Take the stairs instead of the elevator for a challenge. Walk while you take a work call. Play chase with your kids or use an app on your phone to get zombies to chase you! It really exists.
