Snickerdoodles with a Twist from Barefoot Bistro!

Patti Hilton of Barefoot Bistro gives the snickerdoodle a new twist.
Snickerdoodles
1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 cups Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
Combine Butter and Sugar in mixer until creamy. Add Eggs. Sift together Flour, Cream of Tarter, Baking Soda & Salt. Add to Butter mixture. Chill dough. Roll into walnut size balls and roll in Cinnamon Sugar (mix 3 TBSP Sugar with 3 tsp Cinnamon). Or you can dip the balls in colored sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Snickerdoodle Rice Krispy Bites
1/2 cup Butter
1 bag (10 oz) big Marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
3 cups chopped Snickerdoodle cookies, divided
2 cups mini marshmallows for topping
In saucepan melt butter.
Add the first set of marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Add Rice Krispies & 2 cups of chopped Snickerdoodles. Stir until coated.
Pour half of the mixture in a sprayed 9X13 pan. Press it down.
Top the layer with the remaining Snickerdoodles and press them down. Cover with remaining Rice
Krispy mixture. Evenly pour 2 cups of mini marshmallows over the top and press them down.
