Myrtle Beach SkyWheel Headed Back to the Beach

The Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is heading back to the beach! In January, it was taken apart and shipped off for upgrades, including a new light show. Now, the first truck bringing back parts of the SkyWheel is set to return today from Kansas. While crews unload and reassemble it, a portion of Ocean Boulevard will be closed through April 28th. This year the SkyWheel is celebrating its 10 year anniversary and officials will let the public know when they have an official reopening date.
