Tidelands Health Reported an Increase in Vaccine Appointment Availability

Tidelands Health has reported an increase in vaccine appointment availability. They credit an increase in vaccine supply for the additional appointment slots with 3,500 doses coming in every week. Tidelands has also made it easier for people to schedule their appointments by providing an online chat option,  a new phone number that will be able to handle more callers, and an option to make an appointment online. Tidelands is also expanding their evening hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Market Common location.  DHEC reports providers seeing similar availability statewide and says the state is currently on track for Phase 1C to start on April 12th which includes anyone 45 and older though that is subject to change based on a number of factors.
