Man Arrested in Connection With Darlington County Shooting

An update on a story we told you about yesterday. An arrest has been made in connection with the Darlington County shooting that happened early yesterday morning. According to Darlington County Sheriff James Hudson, Tyrone Addison was charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Yesterday morning just before 2 a.m. Officers were called to Harrell Road in the Lydia community for shots fired. According to the Darlington County Coroner, Todd Hardy, one person died in the incident. The victim’s name has not been released. The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office and SLED are still investigating. Addison is being held at the Darlington County Detention Center.
