Stimulus Checks Start Making Their Way Into America’s Pockets
The third round of stimulus checks have started hitting bank accounts nationwide. This follows two previous sets of payments signed into effect last year by former President Trump. Those who make less than $75,000 or heads of households who make less than $112,500 are eligible for the $1,400 payment. Individuals who earn less than $80,000 and heads of households that made less than $120,000 are eligible for reduced payments. Couples who file jointly qualify for the full payment if they earn up to $150,000 and partial if they make up to $160,000. Parents can get up to $1,400 per eligible child. These checks are just the first wave and they will continue to flow over the next several weeks.
