Road Rage Incident Leads to Shooting at Loris Gas Station

Police are investigating a deadly shooting that took place at a gas station in Loris.
They are calling it an act of ‘self defense’ after a road rage incident. According to coroner Robert Edge, the person killed was a 34 year old man whose identity is expected to be released today. The shooting occurred at 5:30 p.m. at the Speedway on Broad Street off of Highway 701. Anyone with information about the incident is being asked to call the Loris Police Department.
