Patti Hilton of Barefoot Bistro Contributes to ‘FOX Mondays to the Rescue’ with a Chili Recipe

Mike’s Chillin’ Chili

 

In a large pot, brown

10 lbs Hamburger

3 cups Chopped Onion

2 cups Chopped Celery

Drain well.

 

Add

2 #10 cans Crushed Tomato

1 – 54oz can Tomato Soup

1.5 cans – 54oz can Water

1 cup Chili Powder

4 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Season Salt

1 Tbsp Cumin

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 #10 can Kidney Beans (Drained well)

Bring to a boil. Stir Often. Let simmer and reduce.
