Peaceful Pro-Trump Rally Held at SC Statehouse

While chaos ensued in the U.S. Capitol, protests also took place outside the South Carolina Statehouse. A ‘Stop the Steal’ event was organized for those unable to attend the protest in D.C. Many recognized their actions wouldn’t change the results, but they still wanted their demands for a totally legitimate election process to be heard. Unlike in D.C., there was not a single incident of physical violence reported. Instead, there were moments of prayer and singing of the national anthem.
