Second Suspect in Deadly Florence Shooting Now in Custody

A slew of arrests against violent offenders in Florence have been carried out by local police. To start, the second suspect accused in a deadly shooting on Friday morning has been apprehended. Law enforcement responded to the 800 block of West Dixie Street where 27-year-old Lamonte McAllister was discovered deceased inside a vehicle along the side of the road. The first suspect, Terrele Bailey, was arrested that same day. Now his accomplice, 24-year-old Chicago Dixon, has also been taken into custody. It’s believed the shooting broke out after a fight.
