Man Apprehended for Sexual Assault of North Myrtle Beach Middle Schooler

North Myrtle Beach Police have apprehended a man accused of sexually assaulting a minor. Officers were called to a middle school in September for a criminal sexual conduct case where a girl told officers she was assaulted at her cousin’s home in July. The girl was able to get away and later identified 25-year-old Brandon “Sway” Moore as the culprit. Moore was arrested this weekend after police responded to a noise complaint and discovered him at the home. He’s charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 16-years-old and over 14-years-old. Moore remains at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center under a $15,000 bond.
