Georgia Secretary of State Accuses Sen. Graham of Possible Election Interference

Georgia’s Secretary of State has accused Senator Lindsey Graham of possible election interference. Brad Raffensperger said he’s faced rising pressure from fellow Republicans who want to reverse President-elect Biden’s 14,000-vote lead in Georgia as they continue their by-hand recount of 5 million ballots. Raffensperger claimed yesterday that Graham asked if he had the power to reject certain absentee ballots, which the secretary of state interpreted as a suggestion to toss out legal votes. Graham has denied the allegations, calling them “ridiculous”. Senator Graham said he simply asked about their signature matching procedures and questioned potential political bias by elections workers.
