Presidential Candidates Enter All-Out Campaign Blitz in Final Days of Election

Staying on the topic of the election, with less than a week to go now both presidential candidates are in an all out campaign blitz. On Monday, President Trump held three rallies in Pennsylvania, with trips to Michigan and Wisconsin yesterday. Former Vice President Joe Biden also traveled to his home state of Pennsylvania earlier this week. But he also made a point to visit Georgia yesterday. That state has not backed a democratic candidate since Bill Clinton in 1992. Both candidates do not appear to be making any stops in states where President Trump lost in 2016. Today, President Trump is holding two rallies in Arizona with Biden spending some time in Delaware. Former President Obama will be joining his vice president this weekend in his efforts during this final push. Polls are currently showing Biden in the lead by ten points. The race is extremely tight in critical battleground states such as Arizona, Florida Pennsylvania, Texas, and North Carolina. A record-breaking more than 69 million people have already voted early by post or in person, mainly due to the pandemic.
