Do You Expect to Still Have a Job Once You Retire?

The way people look at their retirement is changing. A recent study by Voya Financial surveyed 1000 people and showed that 59% of baby boomers, 60% of gen x and 49% of millennial’s still in the workforce expect their retirement to include a job. Many people think continuing to work will have a positive influence on their mental well-being and serve as a safety net for emergency expenses.
