SLED, Darlington County Police Department Investigate Homicide

SLED is now working with Darlington County police following a homicide last night. Deputies were dispatched to the area of Susan Drive around 6 p.m. One person was found shot inside the residence. The unidentified victim was transported to a hospital but unfortunately later died from their injury. No other information has been made immediately available regarding the incident, except confirmation that the scene is being investigated as a homicide.
