Coffee with Friends – “Friends of the Library of North Myrtle Beach”

Local author Frank J. Pennisi will appear to discuss his latest book “Sciatu Mio”, a sequel to “The Prince of Sackett Street”. The novel spans three generations from 1850-1985, and travels from the sulfur mines in Sicily to the Mafia wars in Red Hook. Historical events are interwoven with stories of the horrific treatment of the Carusi children for control of the mines and the Mafia wars for control of the New York docks.
