South Carolina Deputy Becomes Godfather

A terrifying moment has turned into a lifelong bond for a woman, her baby and a South Carolina sheriff’s deputy. This time last year, a Berkeley County officer pulled over a speeding vehicle. Inside he found a frantic mom and a 12-day-old baby not breathing, so he jumped into action, performed CPR and saved the baby’s life! To honor the one year anniversary, the child’s mother asked the officer to become her godfather.
